The paper art of Quilling began during the Renaissance using strips of gold edged paper wrapped around quills and then arranged to decorate books. I’m using Sterling silver instead of paper. Each pendant is created individually and becomes the toggle clasp. Chain is built by torch. Made at 24″ length so it can be worn with a scarf and show below. Earrings can be either post or French ear wire.
